I am passionate about developing leaders through education. I teach organizational behavior and leadership to MBA students. I have taught the core organizational behavior class at the Harvard Extension School for four semesters, where I three times won the “Highest Rated Instructor” award in the Management department for excellence in teaching.
I also teach executives on authentic leadership, organizational change and performance management. I have developed teaching materials, including case studies on topics such as prosocial motivation, inspiring purpose and meaning in work, organizational change, and performance management and coaching.
