I am passionate about developing leaders through education. I teach the undergraduate core Management 336: Organizational Behavior course to students at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. I formerly taught the core Organizational Behavior course in the Masters program at Harvard Extension School, where I four times won the “Highest Rated Instructor” award in the Management department for excellence in teaching, and in 2018 won the Joanne Fussa Distinguished Teaching Award.
I also teach executives on authentic leadership, organizational change and performance management. I have developed teaching materials, including case studies on topics such as prosocial motivation, inspiring purpose and meaning in work, organizational change, and performance management and coaching.
